Improving our education system is a matter of personal importance to me, given my role as a husband to an educator and as a father to four children attending public schools. To enhance our education system in Delaware, we need to begin by amplifying our financial support for public schools. By providing adequate funding, we can ensure that our schools, teachers, and students have the necessary resources to thrive.

Statistically, studies have shown that increased funding positively impacts student outcomes. Additionally, regular training and professional development opportunities for teachers are crucial. Research indicates that continuous professional development correlates with improved teacher effectiveness, which ultimately benefits student achievement.
